Description
The return of our annual Forest fans boat trip on the Trent which will take place before the Brentford game on Sunday 1st October. Departure time 11am from Trent Bridge.
All tickets are for the the one big boat. As it stands there will be no other boats taking part but we’d encourage any others to join if they can. Feel free to get in touch with us if you think you can help on that.
For safety, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and all passengers must be at least 12 years old.
Please note that a risk remains that poor weather will cause this to be cancelled. If this happens we will lose a deposit of £150 and therefore request that, in the event of a cancellation, £1 from every ticket is held to help us with the cost. The remaining balance will be refunded in full.
Itinerary as follows:
Boarding – This will take place at the moorings at Trent Bridge near the Brewhouse pub. Last boarding is 10:45am – no admittance beyond this point so we suggest arriving well before then. Boarding should be able to commence from around 10:30am but please allow extra time for all names to be checked off – no tickets will be issued.
Departure – 11am, from Trent Bridge.
2.5 hour duration concluding at 1:30pm at Trent Bridge at the same mooring point (kick-off is 2pm).
The boat will have a fully stocked bar. Bringing your own alcohol or food on board is not permitted. Flags & banners are welcome.
Tickets £15.00 per person which includes donation to FG fund. Payment is via Paypal or bank transfer – monies required within 24 HOURS of order. If not received in that time transaction will be cancelled and tickets re-sold. There is a maximum order limit of 6 tickets – orders over this amount will not be processed without prior arrangement. PLEASE PUT YOUR NAME AS PAYMENT REFERENCE if paying by bank transfer, otherwise we struggle to identify who has paid.
Anyone 16 years of age or under will need be be booked on with an adult. If under 17’s are in your group please advise at the time of booking as a dispensation form will need to be completed as per boat company policy. Parents / guardians are asked to consider that this a strong chance of heavy crowding, bad language etc on board.
